BEDTIME BEANIES:

Picture
It has been an eventful week in the world of Beanies for Bedtime project. The project has been receiving wonderful support from around the country and beyond.   Last week there was a lovely  surprise in the letterbox -  some beautifully knitted beanies from Linda Dobson of Bognor Regis in the UK !   Thanks Linda - and Bob.   We have also today receive a quantity from Barb in KL .    Norma from Napier called in, personally delivering her beanies (in town visiting Granddaughter).  She was an "earthquake baby"  Napier was not featuring on our "received map" so Norma had great pleasure in pinning it on. (see photo).    Both Central New Brighton and Wainoni received beanies.  Four other primary schools are in the pipeline - by the time this goes to print quite a number of pre-schools will have also had some delivered.   Dianne is co-ordinating this and two lovely  knitted bears, sporting their own bedtime beanies and bedtime socks will be helping
